CHICAGO, IL- June 2, 2010 - John Bean Technologies (JBT), a manufacturer of airport jet-ways and food processing equipment will relocate its headquarters in the AON Center to Three First National Plaza, 70 W. Madison Street in Chicago’s Central Loop, it was announced today.
JBT was represented by Chris Wood, UGL Equis Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Chicago office and Senior Vice President Steve Schneider in lease negotiations with Tom D’Arcy and Ted Minorini representing Hines Interests LP, the owner of Three First National Plaza.
JBT will move into 24,000 square feet of Class A space on the entire 44th floor of the building according to Chris Wood of UGL Equis. “The opportunity to work with an industry leader like JBT Corporation in supporting their vision for a new Headquarters facility has been a great partnership,” Wood said. “Working with the JBT senior management team, we were able to achieve a very favorable project result.”
Final terms of the lease agreement were not divulged.
