BOSTON, MA, May 6, 2010 – Jackson Lewis, a nationwide law firm specializing in workplace law, has expanded its fourth floor space and renewed its lease at The Heritage On The Garden,75 Park Plaza, Boston, it was announced today.
The firm increased its leased office space to a total of 19,500 rentable square-feet, according to Christopher Wood, Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Chicago office of UGL Equis, who represented Jackson Lewis in negotiations. Mr. Wood was assisted by Senior Associate Adam McCostlin in Chicago, and Senior Vice President Robert Cleary, and Associate Derek Losi in the Company’s Boston office.
The Druker Company Ltd. of Boston, the manager of the property, was represented by Harold Dennis.
The Heritage On The Garden is a 173,000 square-foot office and retail property, located across from the Boston Public Garden, at the corner of Arlington and Boylston Streets between the Financial District and the Back Bay sections of Boston, and is convenient to nearby public transit. The Heritage On The Garden is a Class A building completed in 1988 that features a spa, two restaurants, high-end retailers, three office levels, and two underground parking levels.
“We were able to reach a lease agreement that made sense for both building ownership and Jackson Lewis,” said Chris Wood.
Final terms of the lease agreement were not divulged.
