DENVER, CO,March 18, 2010 – Enspiria Solutions, Inc. has relocated from its 6560 South Greenwood Plaza location to Legacy Center DTC at 5613 DTC Parkway in Greenwood Village.

The new Enspiria location features first class amenities including a sandwich shop, fitness center, training facility, board room, loading dock and light rail; the building is also a Class A office building with an available allowance for tenant build out.

UGL Equis Vice President David McCagg and Senior Associate Lucas Hayes represented Enspiria. The building landlord is Legacy Partners I Greenwood Village Milestone, LLC, and the brokers representing the landlord were Robert Whittelsey and John Hutto of Colliers Bennet & Kahnweiler, Inc.

The move in date for this relocation is set for May 1, 2010. No further details were released about Enspiria’s relocation.
