Our multi-disciplinary service offerings are provided to blue chip firms and governmental agencies nationally and around the world.
International Service Center (ISC) As part of the evolution of our global account delivery, UGL Equis utilizes a shared service center of international transaction and project management. The ISC staff maintains strong relationships with UGL Equis offices internationally and with proven providers in global markets where a service provider other than UGL Equis can be used. The ISC is staffed with multi-lingual resources that manage the full life cycle of a real estate action in a turn key model. Our ability to integrate best-in-class service providers through ISC, as well as through our similar in-house capabilities in the U.S., allows a flexible global footprint that is scalable to our clients’ needs.
UGL Unicco has over 1,000 customers including numerous Fortune 500 companies, prestigious government agencies, academic institutions and public venues. The company presently provides services to such notable clients as Gartner, Unilever, Bridgestone-Firestone, Texas Instruments, Harvard University, Entergy, Federal Express, Allstate Insurance, United States Government, and several financial / banking institutions.
